HumLogJobs is an AI-powered social platform from Parallel Platform Private Limited that connects blue-collar, entry-level and frontline jobseekers with hirers — through a mobile-first, social experience rather than a traditional job board.
HumLogJobs 2.0 is launching on the Google Play Store as an Android application. It is currently available on Android only — an iOS version is not planned for this release.
No. You sign in with just your mobile number and a 4-digit OTP — there's no password to remember. Once verified, you stay logged in on the same device for 90 days without being forced to log out again.
Yes, joining and using HumLogJobs as a jobseeker or hirer is free. Certain optional features — like boosting a post or hirer visibility — are part of our upcoming monetisation options and are clearly optional.
Jobseekers & hirers
We define blue-collar broadly: frontline and entry-level workers, and anyone doing physically active work — from those with no formal education or up to 10th pass, to graduates and even B.Tech/MBA holders seeking roles in the ₹10,000–₹40,000 monthly range.
Every user completes the same 6-question profile first, then chooses a role. JobSeekers get Profile, Learning, Community, Jobs and Settings tabs. Hirers get Profile, Learning, Posts, Hirings and Settings tabs — each with tools built for that role.
Anyone looking to hire or engage blue-collar talent — independent recruiters, HRs, supervisors or manpower in-charges at labour-intensive businesses, or corporate hiring teams. HumLogJobs is B2C: everyone signs up as an individual, not a company account.
No. A hirer's posts are only ever shown to jobseekers on the Community feed — never to other hirers. Your hiring activity and content stay private to you.
Community, learning & trust
Hirers publish text, image, video, poll or questionnaire posts. Jobseekers browse the feed and tap Interested on posts that match them — this notifies the hirer instantly and is added to their post analytics.
Yes. Every hirer post is reviewed by AI moderation before it becomes visible on the Community feed, to keep the space safe and relevant.
Jobseekers can take short lessons to build communication and field skills and earn a verified learner badge. Hirers can complete modules to earn a verified Hirer badge. Trusted hirers may also be handpicked as Jr. Admins or Supervisors for learning content.
HumLogJobs is designed to work in English, Hindi and Hinglish, with your preferred language set from the Settings tab.
